Newest Gimmick of Platinum Justice Repertoire Released Today

Niagara County Court “Judge” Matthew Murphy unveiled the latest “platinum justice” gimmick to shield wealthy and well-connected criminals from justice: “incarceration … isn’t appropriate”. WOW! The judges and other officiants of the punishment bureaucracy are getting even lazier about their attempts to pretend to deliver justice and still let off wealthy or well-connected criminals. No fancy defenses like “affluenza”, just “it wasn’t appropriate”. Do all of White Supremacist Matthew Murphy’s customers get the appropriateness check and “prayer”? No.

Rapist Who Got Platinum Justice. No Accountability for Four Rapes of Underage Girls

Convicted rapist of four underage girls, Christopher Belter, got away with it! Hopefully he’s grateful that he was able to afford platinum “justice” in America’s joke of a justice system.

    Dads on Duty

I wake up every morning to email box and Twitter feed full of news articles about the violence and hatred of the police state. (Yes, I chose to be on those mailing lists and Twitter follows). Today, though, I read one article that really made me feel good all morning long.

In response to a rash of violence in one of their schools, a group of dads formed a group called “Dads on Duty” where they go to the school and walk around greeting students, giving them encouragement, and telling corny jokes. There hasn’t been an incident of violence since they started their program.

    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/dads-louisiana-high-school-student-violence/

Contrast that with the violence approach, where violence police and para-police (SROs) are placed in schools to “curb” violence, but really just lead to caging children and increasing violence. Now SROs are just outright killing kids.

    https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2021-09-29/questions-grow-over-long-beach-school-officer-shooting-of-18-year-old-woman

Dads on Duty sounds like a great program. I can’t stop watching the video about how it works and hearing the dads who started it and the kids from the school talk about it. What an exciting, powerful, and successful alternative to the violence offered by the police state.

  • US Marshal Service Shows It Can Be Just as Brutal as City, State, and Homeland Police

US Marshal Service Shows It Can Be Just as Brutal as City, State, and Homeland Police

As if we needed more evidence that that Unites States is a police state. The U.S. Marshal Service has given us a recent reminder that, they too, are part of the Police State. In this video they can be seen physically and verbally abusing an innocent house-watcher and some children. Among all the physical abuse, listen to how the fat, greasy marshal talks to the citizen: “shut the f*ck up” repeatedly. As if she needs permissions for that bloated porker to speak. It just demonstrates the contempt they have for citizens, who they see as enemies that they must corral, control, and beat into submission.

Why aren’t we seeing this on the news? Because our mainstream news has long ago given up and been taken over by the Police State.

The US can give any other country in the world a run for their money for title of Worst Human Rights Abusers. We can be sure that like all other abuses by the Police State, there will be no punishment for them, and anyone involved in exposing it should watch their back.

Also notice that none of the officers were named. If anyone can identify these human rights abusers/criminal “marshal”, please post them here so they can be named for their crimes.

  • The Economics of Prohibition

    The Economics of Prohibition

For a brilliant and insightful economic analysis into the Drug War and prohibitions generally, check out this brilliant, academic treatise.

Spoiler alert: prohibition and the Drug War have caused far more harm by any measure than it ever did or was intended to help. Examples: increased potency and dangerousness of the prohibited product, corruption of law enforcement, lawyers, and judges and contempt for the law itself, cartelization of sales, the violence, and the paucity of treatment for true addicts, et. al. These all come not from the essence of the prohibited product, but from the prohibition.

  • Unequal Protection Under the Law

    Unequal Protection Under the Law

Much grossly untrue propaganda is made of there being “equal process” or “equal protection” for all citizens under the law in the US and various states. It’s difficult to imagine any bigger or more obvious lie than this other than the ones we tell children about various mythical beings that creep around their homes or bedrooms at night. Here is a list of the gimmicks that cops, prosecutors, lawyers, legislators, judges, chief executives, and the press use in their absurd attempt to disguise our inequality under the law.

Platinum justice is primarily for the wealthy and well-connected. But it is also extended to the people who enforce the inequality on behalf of that wealthy class (e.g. police, prosecutors) and occasionally and temporarily granted to white, conservative middle- and low-class people (“rednecks”) when it suits the political purposes of the wealthy class. When a platinum justice holder commits a crime where another platinum justice holder is the victim, they may lose some of their platinum privileges, but in the worst case, they only drop to the level of textbook justice – never injustice.

Injustice is what racial, religious, and socio-economic minorities; immigrants; and people who hold unpopular beliefs receive almost exclusively. People in the middle-class might sometimes get textbook justice or fall into the injustice group depending on various factors (facts related to the arrest, the personal agendas of judges and prosecutors, current events, et. al.).

No expectation of privacy while committing a crime. If the an appeals court or judge rules against that in such a way, the prosecutor would not meekly drop the case.Prosecutors meekly drop the case when a judge determines that you had an “expectation of privacy” while committing a crime and so the police shouldn’t have the evidence that you committed the crime. Prosecutors definitely do not care whether you believed your were right about the facts or law being on your side before they drop draconian charges on you, EVEN if you had a government agency assist in your search for the truth. https://www.texastribune.org/2021/03/31/crystal-mason-texas-voting-ruling/Prosecutors don’t take up cases against you if they think you really believed you were right. https://www.rawstory.com/john-eastman-2656865308/

A final point. Some critics might say that some of these are the same or could be reduced. However, my goal is to demonstrate the variety and creativity of the platinum justice holders and their enablers. It is not to be reductive as one might be when writing a textbook.

  • Federal Judges Break the Law: No Punishment will be Forthcoming

Federal Judges Break the Law: No Punishment will be Forthcoming

Federal judges who send people to American concentration camps for draconian sentences for choosing what to put into their own bodies for recreational drugs, a crime with no victims, have been found to have violated the law against conflicts of interest. Some of them have admitted it and with excuses, like was their “staff’s fault” or a “computer error” by some program that isn’t responsible for their legal obligations or “it’s OK that I broken the law because the stocks lost money anyway”. It’s funny (in a non-humous way) that these judges give excuses like these, but never accept them from the poor or middle class defendants who appear in their court rooms. For those alleged law breakers we get principles like: “ignorance of the law is no excuse” and “zero tolerance”. For platinum card holders, like these judges, we get “too rich to be expected to keep track of all their stocks”. [efn_note]Dangor, Graison[/efn_note]

Laws and punishments do not apply to the wealth and well-connected (aka “platinum justice” card holders).

  • Policing for Profit

Policing for profits and murder by police are nothing new to the United States or the state of Florida in particular.

In 1921 Martin Tabert was arrested for the heinous crime of VAGRANCY and murdered for that crime by the state of Florida. Initially he was convicted and fined $25 and his parents sent that and another $25 for him to return home to Munich, North Dakota. However, the money they sent was stolen by the Leon County prison system so that Sheriff-villain James Robert Jones could earn more income by leasing Martin out to the Putnam Lumber Company.

In January 1922, Tabert was whipped to death by murder Thomas Walter Higginbotham.

Little has changed in policing and “justice” in the USA since then.

  • Facebook Aids Racists

    Facebook Aids Racists

Facebook has become a haven for racists, like Michael Chad, who provide cover for murdering police by spreading lies about their victims. Breonna Taylor was an innocent young women, murdered in the middle of the night by Louisville police. Allegedly she had dated someone who had been selling drugs, but that person was already in police custody, at the time the police busted through her apartment door and began their masturbatory release of gunfire. She was an EMT and innocent of any crime.

Racist Michael Chad has been spreading racist propaganda on Facebook saying that they she was a drug dealer and supposedly she had admitted to it on tape somewhere, but when pressed for the proof, he offers nothing. And even if it was true that she was under investigation for that (which is there is no evidence of), she still deserved a day in court. However, it is clearly a lie. Liar Michael Chad then turned to Facebook in spreading his lies and deceit and Facebook obliged him but banning anyone who challenged his lies.

It is particularly funny that a police officer’s go-to when confronted with discourse is to call for censorship. But that is the “justice” that America lives with today.

  • Prison Journal: Introduction

A friend of mine survived two years in a Nebraska concentration camp for private consensual drug use. He kept a journal of his time there and we are going to collaborate to put it all online here on my blog. We intend to name the villains involved in the false imprisonment, psychological torture, physical abuse (the same abuse would be called rape in any other scenario) of him and others in the camp with him.

He was there in three different facilities between Oct 2017 and Sept 2019. His journal will describe the depraved humanity of Nebraskans who love and fund these camps. Is he equating these concentration camps with the Nazi camps: no. Certainly the Germans in Nazi German were far more murderous than the people of Nebraska. But something need not be as bad as the worst of its kind to be included where it otherwise meets the criteria. Nebraska cages and tortures human beings based on their identity and private, consensual adult activities that a just society has no cause to prevent or punish.

Certainly other states in the American Police State run even worse camps than Nebraska. Please do share your experiences and the experiences of people you know in prison in the comment section. Include the names of villains, if you’re comfortable. Perhaps someday if Justice makes a visit to this country, those people can be collected for a just trial that they have not offered to others.

There are two years of journal entries that will take some time to transcribe. A note about the editing. We agreed that I would type everything as it was originally written (no adding, removing, or correcting grammar or making things less harsh or angry), except the following: the names of anyone who was not there by choice or his friends/family outside have been replaced by initials. Looking forward through his journal, it’s possible that I will not be able to read every word and so I may need to improvise, but I will commit to making a note of it at the time, if necessary. Other intensely personal items may be redacted as well and noted in place.
