  • Accountability Amendment

    Accountability of Federal Employees and Office Holders

    1. An Audit Branch shall be formed to manage all auditing, accounting, budgeting, and other functions that should be subject only to prevailing professional standards and not partisan whims. The head of this body, the Auditor, shall be selected by the People directly and is only open to those with relevant professional degrees. No one who has engaged in partisan office-seeking may appear on the ballot for this role. The terms shall be 10 years. They may be removed from office for criminal or partisan conduct by vote of three-fourths of State Legislatures. They shall be guaranteed budget of 2%** of the total budget each year.
    2. Federal employees, appointed officials, public officials, including constitutional officers, and any contractors under the control of any of this set of Citizens are within the review authority of the Auditor.
    3. The mission of the Auditor is to ensure that accurate accounting and reporting to the public is completed and that Citizens under the Auditor’s watch are operating within the boundaries of the law and generally-accepted accounting principles. Most work of the Audit Branch shall be made public. Work product of the Audit Branch is not reviewable by the other branches except when they are also made available to the public.
    4. The Legislature shall still make law subject to the Constitution, but the Audit Branch shall ensure that the law is applied to federal employees and office-holders, including constitutional officers, equally to the Citizen. The Auditor shall make unbiased, non-partisan audit reports available directly to the public. The following agencies are moved to the responsibility of the Auditor: Internal Revenue Service, General Accounting Office, Office of General Counsel, National Archive, the independent auditors of all federal agencies, all statistical agencies. The Auditor shall have an enforcement team that has no authority over any Citizen except those listed in Section 2. These enforcement agents are supreme over any other enforcement agents with regard to this limited set of citizens.
    5. Section 2 Citizens shall share the same Medicare healthcare plan and options as other citizens that are eligible. All compensation and benefits shall end when employment or term of office ends. The only exception shall be security services, whose parameters shall be decided by the Audit Branch and should be modest. Security for luxury or excessive travel shall not be borne by the public.
    6. Compensation ranges for Section 2 Citizens are decided by market analysis of the Audit Branch and shall be comparable to similar roles in the market. Compensation actions shall be the same for all employment and office types.
    7. No person shall hold more than one public office at a time. No one holding public office shall receive income from any other source while in office unless it be managed by an independent agent. All public officials are subject to the same restrictions on enriching themselves or their family or friends on information that the public does not also have.
    8. The Audit Branch shall have the unreviewable authority to subpoena any records relevant to the implementation of this Amendment of any public official and suspend them from their office for up to 30 days. The body shall prepare a complete report of the charges to be made public at the time of suspension. To remove the office holder permanently, the body must have Consent of the Majority of Supreme Court, or two-thirds of the Senate, or three-fourths of State Legislatures. A person removed thusly may never again hold a public office.
    9. Any public official credibly charged with a Felony while in office shall be suspended for up to 30 days for an investigation. The only exception shall be during War when properly passed by the Legislature and then the exception only applies to official actions and not personal actions. No one may serve in a public office having received a Felony in any jurisdiction.
    10. No one anywhere in the Country is immune from an investigation or trial for a Felony at any time. If a law be unimportant enough that it should not apply to public officials, it should not be applied to any citizen. No one may withhold evidence of a crime from the public in order to spring it a more politically-advantageous time. The Accused will still be charged, but the Withholder shall never practice law again.
    11. All provisions of this Amendment are active without Legislation. They may be elaborated by Legislation, but not reduced in its protection of the public from corruption.

  • Freedom to Not Be Heard

    As the USA continues to march toward fascism, one of the many freedoms typical to a free society, freedom of speech, is a necessary casualty. Tyrants cannot tolerate truth or challenges to the falsehoods and exaggerated stories needed to keep the center of the population fearful and enraged.

    Traditional Censorship

    Fascists and their minions use a variety of strategies to prevent dissenting speech from disturbing their house of cards. Give them credit for being as smart as anti-fascists and so they will not simply use outright government censorship. We will have see the outright variety on occasion when necessary or, more commonly, when minions make a mistake and break cover.

    • On 19 February, 2025, Alabama Judge Crystal Wise Martin granted the City of Clarksdale an order requiring the Clarksdale Press Register to remove an editorial that criticized the city and asked hard questions about the spending of tax money.1
    • In 2023 the Marion Police Department raided a newspaper journalists home and office to disrupt and prevent the newspaper from publishing a story about the background of a newly hired police chief.2
    • The deceitful and unproven declaration by government that TikTok – a social media app where kids share videos of themselves farting, doing pet tricks, and performing crazy stunts – was a national security threat was both an act of censorship of a speech platform that wasn’t yet under the control of one of the fascist oligarchs and a brazen form of corruption as they are presently trying to force it to be sold to an oligarch using tactics typical of a mafia.
    • In 2025 the Musk-Trump-Vance administration banned research that used the words “women”, “diversity”, “transgender”, “equality”, “hate speech”, “non binary”, “LGBT”, or pregnant.
    • In 2025 the Musk-Trump-Vance administration banned books on climate change, diversity, and equality.
    • In 2025, the Musk-Trump-Vance administration banned the Associate Press from news gathering activities in the White House for saying “Gulf of Mexico” when referencing the Gulf of Mexico.

    Social Media Censorship

    Social media is now the new public square. Few media have more exchanges of public discourse than Facebook, Twitter/X, BlueSky, and other such platforms. Not only discussions among citizens, but information from our elected officials and governments services are promulgated via social media. When social media oligarchs use their wealth and influence to suppress speech that criticizes the activities and positions of the oligarchs’ empires or those of their allies or public officials that they’re aligned with, democracy loses as certainly as if the dissenter were muted or hauled away from the public square.

    Social media companies certainly have a legitimate goal of removing unlawful or dangerous speech, but that’s not the speech we’re talking about here.

    • In 2025, Twitter/X censors comedian Bill Barr after he criticizes Musk for Musk’s televised Nazi salute on Jan 20, 2025. This is certainly qualifies as a legitimate news item of public interest. 3
    • Twitter/X censors posts using certain words, like transgender, and other words that refer to genders other than male and female. These topics are also very relevant to current events and necessary for a healthy public debate.

    Tens of millions of dollars are flowing into the bank accounts of retired police officers convicted of breaking the very laws they were sworn to uphold.

    They have been found guilty of sexual and violent crimes, including murder and rape, or other serious job-related offenses, such as bribery and embezzlement. Some have admitted to molesting young children. Others have used their badges to enrich themselves or wield power over vulnerable members of their communities. Many are still sitting in prison cells. Yet the checks keep coming and will for the rest of their lives — all as taxpayers help foot the bill.

    The promise of these unlimited monthly retirement checks is one of the biggest perks of going into the physically demanding and dangerous field of law enforcement.     LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Kentucky Court of Appeals has upheld the firing of former LMPD detective Joshua Jaynes.

    He’s the detective who lied on the search warrant for Breonna Taylor’s apartment. This is the third time that Jaynes has appealed the termination of his employment and the third time it’s been denied.

    Jaynes was fired in January 2021 for violating LMPD rules in the preparation of a search warrant and untruthfulness. The warrant in question covered the deadly raid on Breonna Taylor’s apartment in 2020.

    Jaynes first appealed the firing to the Police Merit Board, who found Jaynes had violated two areas of LMPD’s standard operating procedures. More >>

    The Nebraskan Slave State

    I had a conversation with a typical, awful Nebraskan today on Facebook about how mass incarceration is a continuation of slavery in several key ways: it’s goal is to disrupt, destroy, disarm, and disenfranchise the Black community. Certainly, its surface features have changed since the passage of the 13th Amendment, but enslavement is alive and well. After the Civil War, the South pioneered many techniques for circumventing the spirit of the 13th Amendment while satisfying the letter. The 13th forbids slavery except for punishment for a crime. Clever by one Southerners quickly criminalized “idleness”, “vagrancy”, “dice rolling” and other equally absurd “crimes” because their cotton still needed picking and they were not interested in hard work themselves.

    Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction

    While Nebraska was not part of the war of Southern treason, they, like other states post-Reconstruction through the modern era, quickly saw the economic and political value in these other forms of slavery (convict-lease, debt peonage, the Drug War/mass incarceration) without the reputation hit of the clear-cut evil of chattel slavery in the eyes of the masses or the costs of chattel slavery (like feeding & clothing the very old or very young). The States are able to get these “criminal” slaves to:

    • Work their own industrial shops: print shops, wood crafting shops, license plate factories, and sewing shops, etc.
    • Farm out their slaves to private industry for cheap and guaranteed never to ask for time off, like Millard Lumber, Sillosocks, and other well-connected Nebraska businesses.
    • Generate income from those with families who are desperate to minimize the suffering of their enslaved loved ones and “fortunately”, the state and prison-adjacent industries (who corrupt officials own stock in or have elaborate multi-step kickbacks from) step up and provide all manner of “upgrades”, like food without mold or not pre-chewed by rats or marked “not fit for human consumption” on the box, deodorant, shampoo, aspirin, cold medicine, books to read, communication with the outside world, and countless fees and fines
    • Milk the taxpayers for more and more money for prisons, prison employees, and food (a non-trivial amount of the food taxpayers buy ends up in the bellies of prison staff, like Kitchen Manager Belinda England from Lincoln Community Corrections, in Lincoln, NE
    • Income from devices, fees, fines, and bribes during the slave’s onerous secondary sentences (additional “post” sentence or parole after the first prison sentence is complete.
    • Corrupt officials can get jobs for their otherwise unemployable friends and family in the prison industry: the morbidly obese, those with several psychological problems (like Ofc. Kelsie Charrlin), rapists (like Ofc. Michael Dermody) , medical professionals on second-chance licenses, and other deplorables.

    They get away with this form of slavery by making it seem as if the crime-based slaves deserved their punishment (even though the crimes are false ones that a free and moral state has no legitimacy enacting: how a free person spends their social time alone or with other consenting adults or what a free person ingests for their own recreation) coupled with some cover that there are actual criminals also in their gulags who need correction and time for self-improvement, there is very little resistance from the average citizen. If you add poor Whites as further cover to the slavery program, you can keep it going for a century (and counting).

    As I started to have this conversation with an authoritarian-follower named John Wilson, the State of Nebraska was already censoring my comments. Thankfully I have previous experience with their tactics of propaganda (removing any comments, which do not paint them in a positive light) and so I had several screenshots and will include them below. There is never a clearer sign of guilt by a morally bankrupt state than censorship of arguments that criticize it.

    The opposite of idealism is synthesis. Idealism is far more tempting to the intellectually disadvantaged because it is easy. You read the manifestos of angry people and if you can agree on a common foe, the principles in the manifesto can be absorbed so well and so completely, there is no need for additional thought or the hard work of reconciling differences and inconsistencies.


    Oh, the horror of adopting an ideology that matches your gripes at 90% and having to dance a supremely uncomfortable dance in order to be bestowed the “virtue” granted by the almost-a-match philosopher and have yet to do the hard work of admitting you were wrong for those other 10% of observations or integrating experiences other than your own or admitting that a simple formula will not suffice to measure the complexity of a human society. We live in an age of intellectual laziness.. neigh, incapacity. People bark incessantly about their freedom while vomiting even more vociferously about other people trying to slip their control.

    Shame.

    Shame.

    Shame.

    The only good news is that societies that hate actual freedom as much as the USA are not long for this world.

    If anyone is interested in seeing the face of the devil who decided she didn’t care enough about her honored and over-powered role in society; a role that is supposed to defend the weak and down-trodden against the overwhelming power and purse of the authoritarian-tending branches of the executive and legislative, here she is. May she burn in HELL for all she cared about the life of an innocent and hard-working EMT in Louisville, named BREONNA TAYLOR. Breonna Taylor was executed in the same way the mafia executes the inconveniences it encounters. Mary Shaw cared so little for citizen Taylor, she signed her death warrant with no worry of consequence.

    Her name: “Judge” Mary Shaw, accomplice to murder.

    Here is the worst slap in the face to justice: in 2020, she cried to the media that she received death threats after helping murder Breonna Taylor. Read that again: she, an ALIVE woman, cried about receiving death threats after helping the police to MURDER an EMT named Breonna Taylor, who was DEAD because of her.
